Privacy Policy

Meechie's World ("we," "us") runs this website and online community. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can delete it. If you have questions, email meechiesworldinc@aol.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and an encrypted password, or, if you sign in with Facebook, your Facebook name, profile picture, and email address. We never see or store your Facebook password.
- Your profile: the handle, bio, avatar look, and any photo you choose to add.
- What you post: feed posts, photos, comments, chat and voice messages, ads, clothing designs, game scores, squad posts, and private messages you send to other members.
- Payments: when you pay or donate, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your card or wallet details; we only receive your name, email, phone number, the amount, and what you bought. We never see your full card number.
- Basic technical data: our hosting providers keep standard logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To run your account and show your posts, profile, and messages to the people you share them with.
- To deliver services and promotions you buy, and to contact you about them.
- To answer questions through Meechie's AI. Messages you send to the AI are processed to generate an answer and may be checked against public web sources; they are not used to sell anything to third parties.
- To keep the community safe: remove spam, scams, and content that breaks our rules.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the site for us, each bound by its own privacy terms:
- Supabase stores accounts, posts, and messages.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs Meechie's AI.
- Stripe processes payments and donations.
- Printify handles Shop orders and shipping when you buy merch.
- Meta (Facebook) only if you choose "Continue with Facebook" to sign in.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
What other members can see
Your handle, profile photo, posts, comments, ads, designs, and game activity are visible to other members and visitors. Private messages can be read only by you and the person you send them to. They are protected by access controls but are not end-to-end encrypted, so please don't send passwords or card numbers in messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it as described below. Payment records may be kept by Stripe and by us as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Delete your data
To delete your account and everything connected to it (profile, posts, photos, messages, designs, and scores):
- Email meechiesworldinc@aol.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Send it from the email on your account, or include your handle so we can find you.
- We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Meechie's World from your Facebook account at Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. That stops future access. Email us as above to delete what's already stored.
Children
Meechie's World is meant for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
